Symbols and the filter
Epic's filter decides which characters survive. One-character alphabets like bold and small caps hold up better than stacked-mark decorations — if the lobby shows boxes, pick a plainer style.
What stays plain
Your Epic account ID is a number. Style the display name only, then check it in the lobby so every character actually draws.
Fortnite and Epic Games set their own name rules and can change them. Nothing here guarantees a decorated name will be accepted — generate, copy, and check it in the game. FancyFont is not affiliated with Epic Games or Fortnite.
